We are going to skip the Saint Patrick’s Parade as it falls on a week day. We will instead do the Juneteenth Parade in June ! (more info to come)
SEASON 3: Information will be released after CheerSport Competition!
NOTES :
Invoices: Invoice will be sent out for CheerSport competition. Payment of $70 due Feb 29th.
Last Gym fee of the season is due
March 14th ! $45 - Final balances of accounts will be sent out within two weeks.
Practice:
Practices are MANDATORY- During the week of competition athletes are required to attend practice on that Monday & Thursday. Please view practice schedule for your child’s team. https://queenpresenceelite.wixsite.com/queenpresenceelite
- Please keep in mind that Practice are a CLOSED PRACTICE! If you must stay with your child we will have chairs set up along the back wall which you will be required to sit in. If you’re bringing any other extra children they must remain in a seat as well.
We understand things come up but communication is the KEY ! We had a number of people miss Saturday’s practice with no communication.

Food cost for the weekend:
We are asking each parent to chip in $15-$20 dollars so that we can provide food for the entire weekend for the girls
