COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS PROTOCOL:
At Queen Presence Elite (QPE), the safety and well being of those we serve is always our first priority. Protecting our players, parents and our coaches from infectious diseases like the flu and the new COVID-19 coronavirus is an urgent concern for all of us. We require all players to follow infections disease protocols now more than ever, this is essential to keeping players and coaches safe, according to the CDC and OSHA.
VARSITY STATEMENT: At Varsity Spirit, the health and safety of our athletes, coaches, employees, families and friends remains our top priority. We are diligently monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and closely watching official information from health authorities such as the Centers for Disease Control and World Health Organization as it relates to our larger community and our events, camps and competitions.
CHEERSPORT- CANCELLED
UPDATED INFORMATION- We know how hard the teams have worked, and we are disappointed that the CHEERSPORT KC Grand Championship & Midwest 2 Day D2 Championship has been cancelled.
Beginning April 1, 2020, Varsity Spirit will begin processing refunds for these events. We are going to do our very best to meet our standard company refund policy of approximately 4-6 weeks.
HOW WILL QPE PROCESS MY REFUND: We will be sending refunds back via cash app or Square invoice, within 4-6 weeks of April 1st. It should not take that long but once those funds are processed we will release them to you guys.
AirBNB- We have decided to cancel that event, due to the outbreak of this virus and keeping our athletes safe. Refunds will be issued within 1-2 business days to those who have paid. REFUNDS HAVE BEEN ISSUED FOR AIRBNB ONLY
SEASON 2: It’s with a sad heart that we have decided to end season 2, due to COVID-19. We are truly sad because the girls been working so hard, to just have the season come to a halt. We will still like to have a end of the season Banquet for the girls, which will be announced at a later date.
WHAT DO WE DO NOW? Continue to work with your child by stretching, conditioning, and exercising. We will also send some YouTube videos that will help assist.
